
About the Course
This class features gentle movement based on the Feldenkrais Method with intentional focus on bringing the mind deep into the body, while releasing restrictions in the hips, shoulders, and spine to unlock energetic and physical blocks. This is an experience that, with practice, can drop your mind outside of time to clear deeply-rooted beliefs and movement patterns held in the body, uplifting and elevating your body's programing and energetic vibration into present time. Your body is a conduit for spirit and creative energy, and this moving meditation aims to clear the central spinal channel for energy flow to further open your ability to create and manifest with your whole being. This class feels as special as a group meditation, while teaching you the tools for continued self practice. Sessions conclude with an integrating sound bath, focusing on tuning and harmonizing the central seven chakras lining the spinal channel. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
This is a 90 minute class without breaks. Please bring a yoga mat (or similar) to lay on. If you are unable to lay flat please bring your own bolsters for class or arrive early to communicate your specific needs. We have a limited number of bolsters and props available for our smaller 3 person classes bolsters, but for larger class locations please bring your own or communicate your request early.

Maggie has been developing this course material in one-on-one settings for the past decade and its transformation will continue to evolve as the material is recreated with each class being its own journey. Maggie continues to learn during each session as new insights and pathways are discovered and revealed.
